The idea of IMpact Life Transition Advocates was born out Ilene Mandell’s personal experience as a widow. As an energetic, take charge business woman, she came to realize that being faced with the emotional turmoil of losing a loved one was enough of a challenge, but having to cope with all the details and organization of practical issues could be overwhelming. Therefore after she retired from the Make-A-Wish (R) Foundation of Metro New York and Western New York, she founded IMpact LifeTransition Advocates.
In times of profound loss or life transitions, Impact Life Transition Advocates offer guidance, advocacy and day-to-day practical help as you weigh options, navigate bureaucracies and complete the paperwork these emotionally difficult periods inevitably demand.
